Biography:

Dr. Mandal (Singhal) achieved her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, and completed her residency at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Mandal (Singhal) completed her fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where she obtained clinical expertise in the areas of cardiovascular disease, echocardiography and nuclear stress testing. Dr. Mandal (Singhal) is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease.

Dr. Mandal (Singhal) joined Hamilton Cardiology Associates in 2021. Previously, she had been practicing as a Cardiologist in center-city Philadelphia for 22 years for which hospital affiliations consisted primarily of Pennsylvania Hospital (part of the Penn Medicine Health System) where, in addition to patient care, she participated in interpretation of EKG, transthoracic echo, and performance/interpretation of transesophageal echo and supervision of nuclear stress testing. Her academic responsibilities included teaching housestaff, medical students and masters nursing students. She also participates in academic lectures, as well as previously providing quality assurance oversight of the EP lab. In addition, she was affiliated with Jefferson Hospital, providing clinical care for primary cardiology patients and consultative care for surgical patients. Dr. Mandal (Singhal) has been voted Philadelphia Top Doc in 2018 and 2019.
