Dr. Modarressi joined Hamilton Cardiology Associates in 2022. He is board-certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism, Clinical Lipidology and Obesity Medicine. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in molecular biology from Princeton University and his medical degree from New York University, where he graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital, and a fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. His clinical interests include the management of diabetes and obesity in promoting cardiovascular and metabolic health, as well as heart protection with cholesterol-lowering therapies.
